Broome Man Charged With Using Stolen Card Number For Grubhub Food
Authorities say a Broome County resident faces a felony charge after allegedly using someone else’s debit card information to order food deliveries.
Zachery Constable of Windsor, 26, was arrested on Monday, according to the sheriff’s office.
Investigators say the agent was accused of using a stolen debit card number for unauthorized ATM withdrawals and purchases on Grubhub.
The Constable was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and Identity Theft. He also faces two counts of petty theft. He received appearance tickets for the charges.
Constable was being held at Broome County Jail in connection with an unrelated incident.
